For some people their own little piece of a nice timeshare relief Vermont property is the perfect vacation experience. But what a lot of those owners don’t realize when they sign on the dotted line is that a timeshare can quickly turn into a financial disaster. There are many reasons for this but one of the main reasons that timeshare owners become so unsatisfied is because of maintenance fees and special assessment fees.

One thing that most timeshare owners do not know about or that is not full explained by the timeshare presenter when they first purchase is about maintenance fees. Not only are timeshare owners obligated to pay annual or monthly maintenance fees every year but these charges have the potential to double or sometimes even triple every single year.

On top of maintenance fees are the special assessments that can come at any time and can be for a plethora of reasons. These special assessments usually start at $1000 and can go up from there. They charge these when unexpected damages occur but can often be charged for small improvements like paint or remodeling or even new appliances for the timeshare. What you should consider when seeing these special assessments is that while the price you are paying for that new flat screen television or a new fridge is roughly the exact price of the improvement, every other timeshare owner that shares that property with you is also paying that special assessment. This seems a bit ridiculous, why would each owner pay such a high fee instead of splitting a nominal fee.

These combined with other timeshare related problems are why so many owners are looking for their own timeshare relief, Vermont owners and owners from all over the nation are distressed and wanting to find ways out of their contracts.

Timeshare Relief for Vermont Grazing Lands

With the help of some timeshare relief in Vermont, on land that was once a farm to just a few head of cattle in 1971 there is now a fully fledged beef farm. Original owners Mark Kleptz and Jim Kleptz now run the farm with 250 to 300 mainly Angus cattle.

The business innovation happens on the near 600 acres that the cattle graze on. They use grazing lands that are leased or even donated by neighbors. The reasons for the inexpensive grazing cost are the benefits that landowners reap of having no land maintenance fees and land fertilization from the cow-produced nutrients. With the best business ideas resulting in win-win situations, the beef farm has grown significantly and grazing land has improved in quality.

They have implemented a land timeshare relief system to the grazing patterns. This gives the land relief from the toll that grazing takes on the grass. The fields rotate between haying and grazing to make for year round productivity. The Vermont Agency of AG report states the decision to rotate the herds depends on grass and the soil condition as well as the conditions of the herd.

These innovative changes to the cattle farms have led to an increase of 40 percent each year for grass-fed and locally raised Vermont beef. Due to this increase of demand the local beef supply has gone up by 20 to 30 percent in 2009.

"Jim and John Kleptz illustrate an excellent example of farming success, through their innovation, creativity, and good management," said Jenn Colby, Outreach Coordinator for the Pasture Program at the UVM Center for Sustainable Agriculture. "LaPlatte River Angus is a terrific example for us all to learn from."

In 2007, the Kleptz family won the Sustainable Farm of the Year Award from the Vermont Sustainable Agriculture Council. It's amazing what timeshare relief does to Vermont agriculture lands.
